WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? (ORDERS WITHIN THE US)

Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number to the email address you entered on your order page.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? (ORDERS WITHIN THE US)

All shipments are delivered via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery from when your order is shipped. (USPS does not have guaranteed shipping times, only an average of 3-5 business days for domestic orders. Because of these average times, we must allow a grace period of one month for domestic orders.)

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

All shipments are delivered via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery from when your order is shipped. (USPS does not have guaranteed shipping times, only an average 7-14 days for international orders. Because of these average times, we must allow a grace period of one and a half months for international orders.)

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?

International orders may be subject to import/customs duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your local government or customs office for specific amounts and percentages, as they vary by country.

Parsonii is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

WHAT TYPE OF STAINLESS STEEL DO YOU USE FOR THE WATCHES?

Parsonii watches use a high quality 316 Low Carbon Grade stainless steel. Our Gold & Brushed Bronze watch faces use a PVD coating on the stainless steel to give them their classic & unique look and a durable finish.

WHAT TYPE OF MOVEMENT IS USED?

Parsonii watches use the Ronda 763 Swiss Quartz Movement.

ARE PARSONII WATCHES WATER RESISTANT?

Parsonii watches are water resistant up to 5ATM and suitable for everyday use, including minor splashes, rain and perspiration. Parsonii products are not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming and other water related work.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON PARSONII WATCHES?

Parsonii watches include a 12 month warranty against any manufacturing fault or shipping damage from the original date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing faults of the watch hands, dial or movement. If they appear to be defective then you may return the product for a full refund or exchange. This warranty does not include battery replacement. Battery changes and repairs can be purchased in any local watch repair shop.

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PARSONII PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE, UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE, OR OTHER FACTORS NOT DUE TO MANUFACTURING FAULTS IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP.

CAN I RETURN MY PARSONII PRODUCT?

If you received your Parsonii product with a manufacturing fault or if it was damaged during shipment, please contact us using the Returns & Exchanges form to begin the returns process. The refund will be issued upon internal review of the returned product and only after we conclude the validity of the return. Parsonii products must be returned in the same condition as they were received and with the original receipt or packing slip.

DOES PARSONII PROVIDE FREE RETURN SHIPPING?

A free prepaid shipping label will only be provided to customers who are returning their Parsonii product due to a manufacturing fault, damage from shipping, or if the incorrect product was received. The customer is responsible for the shipping return charges if it is being returned for any other reason.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY PARSONII PRODUCT?

You have 14 days from the date you received your Parsonii product to make a return or exchange for any other reason to receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any additional paid shipping costs or customs duties/taxes). It is important that the item is packaged so it is not damaged in transit, and the return shipment must be traceable. The refund will be issued upon internal review of the returned product and only after we conclude the validity of the return.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?

Once you notify us that you would like a return or exchange, we will email you with further instructions within 2-3 business days.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days after it is inspected. After we have issued the refund, it may take up to 3-5 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card.
